Providing Official Email Addresses for Ourscolario Team

We’re excited to announce that Our Scolario is now providing official email addresses to our team members! This will help ensure professional communication, strengthen our brand identity, and make collaboration easier.

How it works

1. Fill out the form

2. Verify your email
Once you submit the form, you’ll receive a verification email in a few days from cloudflare destination email varification. Make sure to confirm it promptly — this is required to complete your setup.

3. We set up your official email
We’ll configure your official address through Cloudflare Email Routing. This will forward emails sent to your new Our Scolario address directly to your verified personal email.

4. Add to Gmail (SMTP)
Finally, add your official address to your Gmail account to send emails as Our Scolario. Here’s how:

Step-by-step guide to add your Our Scolario email in Gmail (SMTP)   (optional . only for them who wanna send mail from official email)

1. Generate an App Password
   • Go to your Google Account > Security > App Passwords.
   • Select Mail as the app and Other (Custom Name) to name it (e.g., “OurScolario Email”).
   • Google will provide a 16-character app password. Keep it safe.
2. Open Gmail Settings
   • Go to Gmail > Settings > See all settings > Accounts and Import.
3. Add your official email
   • Under Send mail as, click Add another email address.
   • Enter your name and your official Our Scolario email.
   • Select Treat as an alias and click Next Step.
4. Enter SMTP details
   • SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
   • Port: 587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL if 567 doesnt work)
   • Username: Your full official email address
   • Password: Use the generated app password (not your Google password)
5. Verify and Save
   • Gmail will send a verification email to your official address (which routes to your personal inbox).
   • Open the email, click the verification link, and you’re done!

Now you can send and receive emails as [email protected] directly in Gmail.
